WHO WE ARE

The Conflict Resolution Center is a not for profit community mediation center; serving Catawba, Caldwell, and Burke Counties; which is the 36th Judicial District and the 36th Prosecutorial District of North Carolina.  Our mission is to promote respectful communication and offer conflict resolution to our local community members. 

The vision of The Conflict Resolution Center is to be a community mediation center promoting collaborative problem solving, self-empowered conflict resolution, and social justice.

Staff and volunteers use conflict resolution skills to focus on feelings & relationships, the issues rather than the personalities, the impact of communication rather than the intent, commonalities rather than divisive characteristics, and collaborative problem solving.
