What is Mediation?

Golden 'peace' pendant with colorful blurred lights background.

Mediation is a confidential process through which individuals in conflict come together in a neutral environment, talk about the issues they are facing and reach mutually agreeable solutions. Long-term solutions result from mediation.

Our trained mediators provide a set of ground rules, a proven process, as well as excellent process and listening skills. Mediators do not offer advice or solutions, the parties work together to design a solution that fits their particular situation.

When parties are unable to sit at the table together due to scheduling conflicts, geographical or anxiety barriers; in person, phone conciliation services and services via Zoom or Webex are offered as an alternative.
